Today when I picked Belén up at my parents, she was wearing the shoes in the picture below. My mom said that she had learned that she needs to make sure she is showered and ready before Belén is dropped off because otherwise it takes her all day to get ready. I know this well from my twelve weeks of maternity leave. What I cannot figure out because it is absolutely beyond me is that while it took her all day to get showered and ready while watching Belén today, she somehow whipped up these cute little shoes custom for our daughter.
New Shoes
It is nice to have a reason to love Mondays! If you were curious about mama’s shoes, I discovered Miz Mooz, a high-quality shoe shop out of Soho, which makes a VERY comfortable high heel/wedge-type shoe. I know, oxymoron, huh? I am giving it the full test of comfortability tomorrow wearing it to work for a full day. We will see if the reviews are accurate. Oh and in my quest for shoes, I found a fabulous online shoe store called endless.com where you can choose your shoes based on size, color, style, etc. It makes it SUPER duper easy to find the type of shoes you are in the market for.
