I have been amazed at how much strength Belén had when she was first born and she has been improving on that ever since. Little by little over the last five and a half months, Belén’s little core muscles have been developing. Tonight all of the core muscle fibers became aligned and Belén started sitting up, almost on her own for the first time. Here are some pictures for proof.
