Sunday Andy made guacamole at the worse possible time. I had logged 37 miles of running for the week including six HARD miles earlier that day in an effort to train my body to run tired. Lunch had worn off and I was hungry for dinner. That is when he brought out the crackamole.
It tasted so good and we all devoured it! We couldn’t not share with Belén even though she had never had it before. At this point, we are trying to give her ground up or mini-versions of what we are eating and this was a perfect transition food for her since she already enjoys avocados.
Such a simple thing: Avocados, White Onion, Kosher salt, Chopped Tomatoes, Lime Juice and Guacamaya Picante Sauce…but really it tasted fit for the Gods.
Despite the look on Little B’s face in this photo, she seemed to agree and helped us lick the bowl clean.
