So I guess our investment in an improved backyard and Argentine-style grill was worth it especially as we enter into another phase of not leaving the house much. Oh and I plan to do a post on how to grill steaks like Andy the next time Andy makes the steaks. Even without an adjustable height grill, you can follow a few simple steps he has learned in a variety of Argentine grilling books and make incredibly delicious steaks.
